Veterinary Assistant / Client Service Representative (CSR) – Hybrid Role
š Location: Uniontown, PA
š Schedule: Full-Time | 4 days per week (10-hour shifts) + alternating Saturdays 9:00am–1:00pm

We are seeking a Veterinary Assistant / Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in a hybrid role, supporting both the front desk and clinical staff.

What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent client service by managing a high volume of calls, greeting clients in person, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and accurately entering information into practice management software
- Support veterinarians and technicians with exams, treatments, procedures, animal handling and restraint, patient monitoring, and maintaining accurate medical records
- Prepare, clean, and maintain exam, treatment, and work areas while assisting with general clinic organization, restocking, and cleanliness
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members, relay messages promptly, multitask effectively, and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
