About this role
CSET is looking for an organized and motivated individual to work within its Weatherization Program. Qualified candidates must be team-oriented, have the ability to provide on-the-job training to participants, and perform a variety of activities to weatherize homes and make them more energy efficient. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must! Minimum of 1-year experience in home weatherization, home repair and or construction, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
It is our company policy to conduct fingerprint testing with each employee upon hire if they are assigned to work with our agency. Fingerprint status is a condition to employment with C-SET. Information obtained is kept confidential. Fingerprinting is obtained prior to job assignment and does not constitute an offer of employment.

What you'll do
- The Senior Program Specialist will work within the Weatherization Program to weatherize homes and improve energy efficiency. They will also provide on-the-job training to participants.
