Make a Difference
Lead the administration, development, and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions, ensure platform stability and quality, and provide expert guidance to users and technical team members.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Platform & Technical Leadership
     
  • Administer, develop, and optimize the ServiceNow platform following best practices.
     
  • Provide senior-level technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural input.
     
  • SPM Ownership
     
  • Serve as the subject‑matter expert for ServiceNow SPM.
     
  • Manage platform governance, configuration, executive dashboards, and capability roadmaps.
     
  • Lead modernization initiatives and drive user adoption across the enterprise.
     
  • Review ServiceNow roadmap updates and provide executive recommendations.

     

Quality, Security & Governance
 

  • Ensure platform integrity through audits, testing, and structured upgrade processes.
     
  • Maintain compliance with security standards and enforce development governance.

Collaboration & Communication
 

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
     
  • Provide clear documentation and support continuous platform improvements.

Problem Solving & Support
 

  • Diagnose and resolve system issues using best practices.
     
  • Maintain stable, scalable solutions across the enterprise.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
     
  • Master’s degree preferred.
     
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.
     
  • 3+ years ServiceNow software development required.
     
  • 2+ years ServiceNow SPM administration required.
     
  • ServiceNow Administrator Certification preferred.
     
  • Knowledge of ITIL or service management frameworks preferred.
