We operate six convenient locations throughout Reno and Sparks, providing comprehensive, top-quality medical services, dental and pediatric care, behavioral health, low-cost pharmacies, nourishing food pantries, and more.
Job Summary: The Patient Experience Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and continuously improving the overall patient experience across all Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) sites. This role integrates patient-centered care principles with operational excellence, facilities oversight, and customer service best practices to ensure a welcoming, safe, efficient, and culturally responsive environment.
The Patient Experience Manager collaborates closely with clinical, facilities, front-desk, quality, and leadership teams to enhance patient satisfaction, access, safety, and quality while supporting the organization’s mission and compliance with HRSA and other regulatory requirements.

QualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and translate insights into actionable improvements
Knowledge of patient-centered care principles and service excellence models
Understanding of facilities operations, safety standards, and accessibility requirements
High emotional intelligence and commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, patient experience, customer service leadership, or facilities management
Experience working in an FQHC, community health center, or safety-net healthcare setting preferred
