Job DetailsJob Location: Administrative Office - Reno, NV 89502Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $66,104.00 - $82,630.00 Salary/yearTravel Percentage: Up to 25%Job Shift: DayJob Category: Health CareCommunity Health Alliance is looking for a Patient Experience Manager.  Join our talented team that focuses on serving the community and helping those in need by creating healthy outcomes for patients of every income.   We operate six convenient locations throughout Reno and Sparks, providing comprehensive, top-quality medical services, dental and pediatric care, behavioral health, low-cost pharmacies, nourishing food pantries, and more.  Job Summary:  The Patient Experience Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and continuously improving the overall patient experience across all Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) sites. This role integrates patient-centered care principles with operational excellence, facilities oversight, and customer service best practices to ensure a welcoming, safe, efficient, and culturally responsive environment. The Patient Experience Manager collaborates closely with clinical, facilities, front-desk, quality, and leadership teams to enhance patient satisfaction, access, safety, and quality while supporting the organization’s mission and compliance with HRSA and other regulatory requirements. Our team members enjoy benefits that include: Competitive salary: $66,104-$82,630 100% company paid employee medical insurance and 90% paid vision and dental on the 60th day from date of hire.  Continuing education benefit available at 24 hours & $500 per year Paid Time Off: PTO 15 days/year and increased after one years of service; pro-rated based on FTE status 8 paid holidays per year CHA paid pension plan at 5% of earnings after one year of service; no employee match Additional 403(b)retirement annuity plan for employee to save; no employer match Malpractice coverage through FTCA (Federal Tort Claims Act) CHA provides a $10,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment policy for each benefit-eligible employee at no cost to the employee.  This is an employee benefit paid and sponsored by CHA. QualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and translate insights into actionable improvements Knowledge of patient-centered care principles and service excellence models Understanding of facilities operations, safety standards, and accessibility requirements High emotional intelligence and commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced, multi-site environment Education, Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, patient experience, customer service leadership, or facilities management Experience working in an FQHC, community health center, or safety-net healthcare setting preferred
