Worthington Healthcare Center is seeking a LPN Supervisor with heart, empathy, and a little extra love to provide care to our patients & support our staff.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of WV
- Previous Long Term Care nursing experience required
- Previous supervisory/management experience required
- Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing degree from an accredited college or university and be a graduate of an approved RN/LPN Program.

What you'll do
- The LPN Nursing Supervisor will provide care to patients and support the nursing staff. They are expected to lead a team in delivering patient-centered care.
