Wildwood Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies is currently recruiting for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team.

Full Time and Part Time Positions Available on All Shifts!
PRN Positions Available!
Our New Weekend Option! Work Day/Evening Doubles, 6 am - 10 pm, EVERY Weekend and Receive Premium pay of $3 an hor above base rate along with shift differential for those who sign our Weekend Option Contract.
All New Hires, including PRN, must be available for a two-day classroom orientation and a three-day floor orientation. Classroom orientation runs Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9 am - 4 pm.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in and receive resident reports at start/end of shift.
- Provide personal/nursing care in accordance with resident care plan.
- Facilitate and conduct activities.
- Monitor & respond to resident requests and needs in a dignified and respectful manner.
- Maintain a clean and pleasant environment for residents.
- Assist in preparing residents for various activities within and outside the center.
- Ensure that all resident care is provided in a dignified and respectful manner.
QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS & ABILITIES
- High school graduate or G. E. D. equivalent.
- Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program or be eligible to enter such a program and graduate and pass a state test within 120 days from date of employment
- An understanding of resident care procedures and standards.

What you'll do
- The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide personal and nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and monitor resident needs. They will also facilitate activities and maintain a clean environment for residents.
