Overview

This vital role is an opportunity to drive student success and career readiness by serving as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, and employers. You'll work directly with the Assistant Dean of Student Success and Strategic Partnerships to coordinate key events, manage dynamic internship and mentoring programs, and propel strategic initiatives forward. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate program records, analyzing program data to inform decisions, and actively promoting opportunities through engaging newsletters and social media channels. We are seeking an organized, proactive candidate who is deeply committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for students from all backgrounds.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, or a related field.
  • Two or more years of experience in program coordination, student services, or administrative support.
  • Experience with and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business administration, education, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in higher education or career services.

Working Location

This is an onsite position in Salem, MA with primarily on-campus, in-person responsibilities, which may require occasional work on evenings and weekends.
