Your impact

• Lead high-impact strategic projects across multiple business areas, including customer journey improvements and future-state experience design.

• Provide commercial insights through analysis and problem-solving on priorities such as market positioning, credit policy, processes, and operating models.

• Partner with leadership to enhance governance and reporting across strategy, performance, and risk.

• Prepare clear, high-quality materials for senior forums, including strategy updates and performance reviews.

• Translate analytics into actionable insights.

• Monitor strategic actions and progress across technology transformation, operating plans, and quarterly reviews.

• Contribute to tools, frameworks, and IP that strengthen team capability.

• Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture and support the development of junior team members.
