We are a team within Commercial Banking (CB) that is focussed on meeting the needs of Small to Medium Enterprises, typically with annual turnover up to $30 million, and aggregated commercial debt of up to $10 million.

Our clients include businesses from a range of industries across retail, manufacturing, property, and professional services through to health and not for profit.

Your impact
 

As an Analyst in our Relationship Management team, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting both new and existing clients.

You’ll work closely with Relationship Executives and Product Specialists to coordinate deal execution, manage client onboarding, and reporting.

This is a unique opportunity to blend analytical expertise with hands-on client engagement.

Do work that matters

Your role will specifically involve:

  • Coordinating deal execution from documentation through to funding, including post-approval tasks
  • Supporting client onboarding including AML/KYC verification and compliance processes
  • Performance monitoring and annual reviews for existing clients, and reporting of client financial and operational performance to Risk Management
  • Providing comprehensive support across various service and account management activities.
  • Liaising with internal teams (Risk, Lending Services, Product Specialists) to deliver solutions
  • Participating in sales and service frameworks including team meetings and business development activities
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to positive client satisfaction outcomes

What are we looking for?

We’re seeking a proactive Analyst with strong commercial acumen and a passion for client service.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to develop your skills across both analytical and relationship management domains.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in Banking, within a similar Credit / Analyst or client facing support role
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail, adaptability, and a “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • A degree in a related discipline and a desire to grow within Commercial Banking
