Our Regional and Agribusiness Banking (RAB) team is committed to strengthening businesses across Australia and enhancing the financial well-being of regional communities.
You’ll manage a diverse client base across Wagga and surrounding areas, delivering full banking solutions tailored to their needs. We work flexibly—balancing client priorities, team collaboration, and home life—across the office, client sites, and remotely.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong client relationships, understand their unique needs, and identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a wide range of financial solutions
- Drive strategy and deal execution, including structuring and negotiation, while managing risk proactively

- A relationship builder who delivers exceptional service and drives new business
- Strong knowledge of the Australian Agribusiness landscape
- Expertise in deal execution—origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions
- A collaborative mindset to deliver comprehensive financial solutions
