📢 Join our team as a Technical Business Expert 📢

As a Technical Business Expert you are responsible for the translation of business requirements into IT solutions and associated applications, i.e. acting as a link between business experts of Sales Analytics and IT development and deployment teams.

Your main duty is understanding and analyzing business requirements (actual/target) and define and designing the appropriate functional solutions, either as parametrization within the application or as functional IT concept to be realized by the development team.

You can advise and consult business as well as IT experts on functional concepts of the application and on business process or workflow optimization.

You will create concepts such as business processes as well as business data or specifications for the solution.

You are defining functional test scenarios as well as quality assurance measures. In that context you will be also supporting test-activities on test environments.

In case of incidents or issues, you will analyze and design solutions of the problems in close collaboration with other teams involved.

Your main tasks are: 👇

• Cooperate with our internal customers to analyse and optimize our product, thereby increasing efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify customer needs and coordinate the implementation of requirements to achieve optimal results.
• Work closely with other teams and vendors to define standard functionalities and customizations.
• Support testers during testing phases and write manual test cases for both standard functionalities and customizations.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory guidelines when handling sensitive customer data and utilizing AI.
• Understand the dependencies between requirements to help prioritize and plan their implementation effectively.

Alternative tasks (depending on demand):

• Supporting data engineers’ team in their activities
• Supporting of maintenance team in rollouts and bug fixes
• Documenting specifications, writing concepts, and creating process flows for processes or configurations
• Writing business test scenarios and cases

Which technology & skills are important for us? 👌

• English B2/C1 level
• High knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• High knowledge of SQL
• High knowledge of collecting, measuring, organising, and analysing data
• High knowledge of technical business analysis
• Good knowledge of gathering documentation of business requirements and design

Nice to have:

• German B2+ level
  
• Knowledge of cloud solutions (preferably GCP)
• Knowledge of Python (Terraform)
• Basic knowledge of agile way of working (Scrum / Kanban, Jira / Confluence)
• Banking knowledge
