In the PUK segment, the PC-RB Datamart is THE data source for a wide range of applications and users who use this data for analysis and reports.
CODABAS is the legacy data warehouse with a wide variety of customer business data and is used by many applications in the Commerzbank.
Our CoDaMart cell in the Big Data cluster is the right place for you, if you, as a Business Analyst/Business Expert
- Want to advance the further development of the applications in PC-RB Datamart and
- Support the decommissioning of the CODABAS data warehouse and
- Ensure the maintenance and operation of our products.
Your main tasks are: 👇
- Clarification and analysis of requirements for our products
- Creation of (technical) designs and specifications, data modelling, DB2 table design and delivery agreements based on technical requirements
- Further development and maintenance of the data model
- Business and technical data analysis
- Support and quality assurance during the development process, through testing, right up to go-live
- Processing of requests for PC-RB Datamart and CODABAS, including evaluation of data
- Advice and support to our stakeholders
Which technology & skills are important for us? 👌
- German B2+ level
- English B2/C1 level
- Strong analytical skills
- High knowledge of SQL
- Good knowledge of z/OS, DB2
- Good knowledge of COBOL programs: the basic structure and functioning of mainframe applications
Nice to have:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Basic knowledge of Data Modelling Fundamentals
- Familiarity with Data Warehousing / Data Lake Concept
- Experience with cloud solutions (preferably GCP)
- Experience in banking sector
- Basic knowledge of Rumba, DB2 Catalog Manager, PowerDesigner, Aqua Data Studio
