You will have the tools, trust, and space to not only build the future of commerce, but to build your own.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Your Impact</strong></span></h1> <p>As a Workplace Experience Specialist you'll be responsible for ensuring an exceptional workplace experience in the Durham office, while also supporting the development and implementation of global workplace standards.</p> <p>The Workplace Experience Associate assists with day-to-day office operations, employee support, and workplace programs, working closely with the Lead and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and consistent office experiences.</p> <p>You will:</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Implement global workplace experience standards, programs and documentation within the Durham office, adapting them to local regulations and cultural nuances where necessary, in consultation with the Lead.</li> <li>Manage all aspects of local office operations, including facilities management, vendor relationships (cleaning, security &amp; safety, local catering, maintenance), and budget adherence.</li> <li>Contribute to global workplace experience by responding to ad hoc requests, proactively administering tools and services such as travel, external vendors etc.&nbsp;</li> <li>Oversee the local physical environment to ensure it is welcoming, safe, productive, and aligns with global design principles.</li> <li>Act as the central point of contact for all workplace-related inquiries and issues for local employees.</li> <li>Coordinate local events, employee engagement activities, and provide support for internal meetings and gatherings.</li> <li>Manage local office supplies, equipment, and inventory.</li> <li>Provide regular feedback to the Lead on local employee experience, operational challenges, and success stories.</li> <li>Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.</li> <li>Maintain overview and ensures compliance with health and safety standards and local regulations.</li> </ul> <h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What you need to succeed:</strong></span></h1> <ul> <li>Proven workplace experience, experience in office operations, hospitality, or people-focused workplace services.</li> <li>A positive, service-oriented mindset with an interest in creating a welcoming and inclusive workplace.</li> <li>Experience supporting day-to-day office operations or employee-facing services.</li> <li>Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and vendors.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to manage vendors and external service providers with professionalism and attention to detail.</li> <li>Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-changing environment.</li> <li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li> <li>Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Jira or other ticketing systems, Google Workspace, workplace tools).</li> <li>Basic knowledge of hardware setup and light IT support, including assistance with meeting room equipment, Google Meet setup, monitors, docking stations, and troubleshooting minor workstation issues.</li> </ul> <h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Nice to have:</strong></span></h1> <ul> <li>Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li> <li>Familiarity with workplace programs, employee engagement, or hospitality best practices.</li> <li>Experience supporting multi-site workplace operations or hybrid work models.</li> <li>Interest in community building, events, and employee well-being initiatives.</li> </ul> <h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Our Benefits</strong></span></h1> <p>Because work and life are connected, our benefits are too.
