You will have the tools, trust, and space to not only build the future of commerce, but to build your own.</p> <h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Your Impact</strong></span></h1> <p>As a working student you will support the Workplace Experience team in ensuring a positive and well-organized workplace experience in the Berlin office, while assisting with selected global workplace initiatives.</p> <p>The role provides hands-on operational support for daily office needs and helps create a welcoming, safe, and productive environment for employees.</p> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Implement global workplace experience standards and programs in the Berlin office, under guidance from the Lead.</li> <li>Assist with day-to-day office operations, including facilities coordination and support with vendors (cleaning, security, catering, maintenance).</li> <li>Help with administrative tasks related to workplace tools and services, such as travel coordination or external vendors.</li> <li>Support the upkeep of the office environment to ensure it is welcoming, functional, and aligned with workplace guidelines.</li> <li>Act as a first point of contact for basic workplace-related questions from employees and escalates topics when needed.</li> <li>Assist in organizing local events, employee engagement activities, and internal meetings.</li> <li>Help manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.</li> <li>Support onboarding and offboarding activities from a workplace perspective.</li> <li>Assist with health and safety documentation and compliance tasks, under supervision.</li> <li>Share observations and feedback with the Lead regarding employee experience and office operations.</li> </ul> <h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What you need to succeed:</strong></span></h1> <ul> <li>Enrolled as a student (working student status required).</li> <li>Initial experience or strong interest in workplace experience, office management, hospitality, or people-focused services.</li> <li>A proactive, hands-on, and service-oriented mindset.</li> <li>Good communication skills and a friendly, professional approach when interacting with employees and vendors.</li> <li>Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and work independently with guidance.</li> <li>Interest in creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace environment.</li> </ul> <h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Nice to have:</strong></span></h1> <ul> <li>Some experience working in a fast-paced environment, e.g., a startup, student project, or part-time job.</li> <li>Basic familiarity with workplace programs, employee engagement, or hospitality services.</li> <li>Interest in supporting daily office operations and working in a hybrid work environment.</li> <li>Enthusiasm for helping build community, organizing events, and supporting employee well-being initiatives.</li> <li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li> </ul> <h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Our Benefits</strong></span></h1> <p>Because work and life are connected, our benefits are too.
