<h4><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>The Opportunity</strong></span></h4>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">As the U.S. based Sales Director, you will lead a team of high-performing Senior Account Executives focused on selling into Fortune 500 and similarly scaled organizations across the United States. In this critical leadership role, you’ll be responsible for scaling revenue through complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals while coaching and developing top sales talent. You will also serve as a key partner to GTM leadership in shaping and executing our U.S. enterprise sales strategy.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This is a high-impact, highly visible position that blends team leadership with strategic deal execution and cross-functional collaboration. You will be instrumental in establishing commercetools as the composable commerce leader in the U.S. enterprise market.</span></p>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Foster a high-performance, customer-first culture grounded in accountability and collaboration</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Coach team members on enterprise deal strategy, pipeline development, and sales best practices</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with your team to meet or exceed targets through forecasting, pipeline health, and consistent execution</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven track record of closing complex, $1M+ enterprise deals with Fortune 500 or similarly scaled U.S. organizations</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Deep understanding of the U.S. enterprise landscape and ability to navigate complex buying environments</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Passion for coaching, team building, and performance management</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Effective presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with top-level leaders</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience with value-based, consultative selling methodologies</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Familiarity with selling cloud-native or mission-critical software platforms is a plus</span></li>
