About the Role:We’re looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Receiving Clerk to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, updating inventory records, and ensuring materials are routed correctly throughout the warehouse. Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
- Verify packing lists, purchase orders, and shipment documentation
- Record and update inventory in the warehouse management system
- Label, tag, and route materials to appropriate storage locations
- Communicate discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors or purchasing
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (if certified)
- Deliver parts to field technicians as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized receiving area
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
Do I Have What It Takes?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse/receiving/logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to properly lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication and organizational skills
- General understanding of safety guidelines for a warehouse environment
- Basic computer skills
- Team-oriented attitude
- Forklift experience preferred
