Your Role
- Assisting with daily routines and activities of living
- Supporting personal care needs
- Helping with mobility, safe transfers, and basic exercise routines
- Planning and preparing meals, including feeding assistance when needed
- Maintaining a clean, organized home environment
- Offering companionship and providing respite for family caregivers
- Good availability, especially in the afternoons and evenings
- Fluent in Spanish
- Dependable transportation
- Prior caregiving experience—whether in private homes or senior living communities—is helpful but not required
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
$20–$23 per hour, depending on experience.
