
This job is responsible for developing internal procedures for systems use/operation in accordance with business process requirements. This position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
Works under minimal supervision, relying on knowledge, skills and judgment acquired through education and relevant experience to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.
Seven years of work experience in functional area. Knowledge of systems to resolve customer streetlight inquiries related to field activities this includes investigating customer issues, providing status updates on pending work and issuing the appropriate field activities. Knowledge of various systems CEGIS, AS8, CC&B, MicroSoft, Google Maps
