Job Summary

The Senior Business Analyst for Innovation & Analytics serves as a strategic partner to business and technical leaders, driving identification, design, and implementation of AI powered solutions and innovative products across the organization. This role requires deep analytical skills, strong business process expertise, strength in senior stakeholder conversations and presentations, and an understanding of AI capabilities. The Senior Business Analyst leads complex discovery efforts, shapes solution approaches, and ensures AI/innovative products deliver measurable business value.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic assessments to identify high‑impact AI and innovation opportunities across the business.
  • Develop business cases, measurement, and prioritization frameworks to guide investment and road mapping decisions.
  • Translate sophisticated business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
  • Strong cross-functional partner management, partnering across teams (ex. technical teams/engineers, sales operations, enablement, measurement/data analysis, and marketing) to design and deliver on scalable AI/innovative solutions.
  • Design and deliver on pilots to test the validity of AI/innovative tooling and recommend expansion criteria/planning.
  • Advise on metrics, measurement, and dashboards for reporting to track AI performance, business impact, adoption metrics, and operational health.
  • Maintain detailed documentation including requirements, process maps, decision logs, and risk assessments.
  • Develop training documentation, process changes, and enablement materials for end users. Lead workshops, demos, and pilot programs to drive adoption and gather feedback.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing guidance on strategy, capability development, and roadmap execution updates.
  • Provide communication/touch points to senior leadership on innovation updates and planning.
  • Build, execution, and delivery of multiple tooling launches through prioritization and project management.
  • Recommended 5-8 years of experience, inclusive of AI tooling expertise.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
