🎯 Missions

Être Customer Success chez Combo, c’est :

  • Construire une vraie relation de confiance avec tes clients, avec une posture pro, solide et rassurante.
  • Devenir expert·e du produit et accompagner nos clients dans la prise en main (onboarding, formations, optimisation).
  • Analyser et piloter les taux d'usages pour anticiper les risques et rĂ©duire le churn.
  • Mener des Business Reviews impactantes, capables d’embarquer des DRH et profils C-level.
  • DĂ©tecter les opportunitĂ©s d’upsell/cross-sell et travailler main dans la main avec les Ă©quipes internes.
  • Partager du feedback, amĂ©liorer les process, faire grandir l’équipe et contribuer Ă  l’excellence opĂ©rationnelle.
  • Collaborer avec le Product, l’AM, le Support pour fluidifier l’expĂ©rience client et faire Ă©voluer Combo.

Et selon ton niveau d’expĂ©rience, tu pourras aussi contribuer Ă  des projets transverses, du mentoring ou Ă  la structuration de nos façons de faire.

🔍 Profil recherchĂ©

Tu es la bonne personne si :

  • Tu as 1 Ă  3+ ans d’expĂ©rience en Customer Success ou Account Management, idĂ©alement auprĂšs de clients mid-market/grands comptes.
  • Tu es solaire, volontaire et engagé·e, et tu n’as pas peur de prendre des initiatives ou d’ouvrir la voie.
  • Tu sais tenir une posture affirmĂ©e, mĂȘme face Ă  des interlocuteurs exigeants (DRH, DAF, dirigeants
).
  • Tu es capable de mener des Business Reviews de maniĂšre convaincante, d’allier storytelling, data et recommandations concrĂštes.
  • Tu dĂ©livres un suivi client irrĂ©prochable, structurĂ©, pro et orientĂ© valeur.
  • Tu as l’esprit d’équipe : tu partages, tu demandes du feedback, tu amĂ©liores les process, tu contribues au collectif.
  • Tu sais gĂ©rer un rythme soutenu et transformer les moments d'accalmie en vĂ©ritable opportunitĂ©
  • Tu es rigoureux·se, organisé·e, autonome
 et ton orthographe est impeccable.
  • Les sujets RH t’intĂ©ressent et tu es Ă  l’aise avec les chiffres (contrĂŽle de paies, logique mĂ©tier, etc.).
