
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for delivering exceptional guest service on the Casino floor by performing a wide range of duties in both Slot and Bingo operations. These include resolving technical slot issues, selling and verifying bingo products, handling currency accurately, promoting club memberships, ensuring compliance with gaming laws, and contributing to a safe, welcoming, and entertaining environment.

EDUCATION:
High School Graduate or GED required.
TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
· No prior experience required for Slot duties.
· No prior experience required for Bingo.
· Cash handling and sales experience preferred.
SKILLS AND ABILIITES:
· Strong customer service and communication skills.
· Basic math skills; ability to use 10-key calculator.
· Ability to read and follow instructions, policy manuals in English.
· Physical ability to lift, stand, walk, bend, and reach for long periods.
· Must be detail-oriented, honest, and dependable.
· Bilingual communication skills (preferred, not required).
CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES:
· Must possess or obtain a valid CIGC Key Gaming License.
· Must pass background check, drug screening, and training requirements.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS:
· Frequent exposure to a loud, smoky casino environment with flashing lights.
· Works in a fast-paced, guest-facing role requiring multitasking and quick thinking.
· May be exposed to money, dust, ink, and chemicals used in game products.
· Must be available for flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events.
