About this role

We’re Engineered for Whatever — Are You?

Some people think nature is flowery meadows and pretty butterflies, but we think it’s more like snake bites, lightning strikes, avalanches, wipe outs, and hungry vultures.

That’s why we engineer everything we make for anything nature can throw at you.

That same spirit fuels our team. If you’re energized by the outdoors, obsessed with understanding consumers, and excited to shape the products Canadians rely on for their next “whatever,” this is your chance to make your mark. Step into a role where your ideas help power the gear adventurers trust from coast to coast.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Benefit Plan including Health, Dental, Life Insurance and Disability
  • Additional Paid Time Off (Floater Days, Volunteer Days, Outdoor Day)
  • Company Pension Plan
  • Retirement Savings Plan (RSP)
  • Annual bonus opportunity
  • DEI and Employee Resource Groups
  • Generous Employee Friends and Family discounts
  • Hybrid Work Model (4 set days onsite, 1 set day remote)

  • Account engagement: Inspire key accounts with compelling product stories and initiatives; equip the sales team with knowledge on innovation, technologies, assortments, and marketing support.
  • Business planning: Partner with Sales and Planning to define seasonal and long‑term growth plans, evaluating financial opportunities and risks.

You Are

  • Skilled at managing seasonal product adoption and assortments for the Canadian market — from concept through sales meeting — while meeting financial and style count goals.
  • Able to translate market intelligence into clear product direction and commercially strong decisions.
  • Knowledgeable about the product creation process and how functions like Sales, Demand Planning, Global Merchandising, Costing, Sourcing, Design, Development, Marketing, and Finance intersect.
