  • Third Party Perks (Including discounts on Pet Insurance, Rental Cars, Movie and Concert Tickets, Theme Park and Attractions & so much more)
  • Inclusive, values-driven team that prioritizes people and exceptional experiences. Opportunities to grow, contribute, and have fun along the way

What you’ll do:

  • Manage all aspects of F&B operations, budgeting, labor/supply costs, and service quality.
  • Provide leadership and oversight for all food & beverage operations, including restaurant, banquets, catering, and beverage programs
  • Lead, coach, and support a strong leadership team, including the Executive Chef, Restaurant Manager, and Banquet Manager
  • Partner closely with culinary leadership on menu strategy, pricing, and execution while maintaining focus on the overall health of the operation
