About this role

Would you like to work hands-on with creating clear overviews, accurate documentation and well-prepared materials that others rely on? And do you want to spend 10-15 hours a week supporting our Pilot Plant in developing new production processes that will ultimately benefit people with intimate healthcare needs?

“I love learning something new every day – it could be a new skill or knowledge about products, processes or machines – while also being able to contribute. Both questions and new ideas are equally welcome, which makes it easy to feel part of our community,” says Lasse, our current Student Assistant.

Welcome to our Pilot Plant – where purpose meets structured innovation
Coloplast is a global med-tech company developing products and solutions that make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs. Quality, responsibility and collaboration are central to how we work.

At our Pilot Plant site in Mørdrup, you will support a department of highly skilled and passionate colleagues developing new production processes. The team values knowledge sharing, continuous learning and openness to new ideas, creating a close-knit environment where people contribute and grow together.

You help create the structure for our daily operations
You will support both operational and administrative activities in the Ostomy Care and Wound & Tissue Repair department. Collaborating closely with colleagues and stakeholders across functions, you will contribute to both day-to-day tasks and longer-term projects in our dynamic Pilot Plant.

We expect you to work approximately 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility around your studies.

Some of your tasks will be to:

•    develop and maintain digital overviews and dashboards supporting reporting for teams and managers
•    support structured training and compliance overviews, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
•    prepare presentations, meeting materials and assist with workshops
•    prepare and update technical reports and documentation related to processes and projects
•    support ad hoc operational coordination and various administrative tasks in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Your field of study matters less than your mindset
Whether you work on recurring support tasks or are involved in larger projects, you approach each task with a high level of structure and analytical thinking. You might also have an interest in development or optimisation of production equipment or processes, but this is not a requirement.

We also imagine that you:

•    are currently enrolled in a university or college programme and have at least 1.5 years of studies remaining
•    have strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite and an interest in reporting and data visualisation tools – experience with Power BI is a plus; willingness and capability to learn fast is essential
•    take care in communicating your insights clearly and are able to speak and write English semi-fluently

If you would like to know more about the position, please contact Sara Niemann, Head of Projects OC&WTR, at [email protected]. We will take candidates into the recruitment process continuously, so do not hesitate to apply. This position will remain open until a suitable candidate has been found.

Pursuing an ambitious growth agenda, Coloplast develops and markets products and services that make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs. Employing about 16.000 people and with products available in more than 143 countries, we are one of the world´s leading medical device companies. We are constantly growing our business and always looking for new ways to move forward – we explore, learn and look for new ways of doing things.

Coloplast is committed to being an inclusive organization, where people bring their differences to work each day, fulfil their potential and have a strong sense of belonging because – and not despite – of their differences. We therefore encourage all qualified candidates to apply regardless of gender, age, race, nationality, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious belief or physical ability.
