Job Summary:
Lead the technology application support teams, comprised of Enterprise Applications, eLearning Centers, and Project Management in delivering high quality enterprise applications. This role will establish and refine the processes, techniques, tools, and methods used to provide exceptional applications and technology focused solutions to faculty, staff, and students.Required Qualifications:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Drive the importance of effective customer service, application delivery, LMS usability, course design and review, ensuring they are the cultural cornerstones of a professional work environment.
Work collaboratively with technology services and other departmental leaders to implement process improvement opportunities and system solutions and serve as the integration point to support these initiatives as they impact other areas of the college.
Plan and support systems migrations as required. Provide leadership and develop the Project Management Office to ensure project delivery and system maintenance proceeds according to project timelines.
Manage system documentation and procedures for identified systems. Monitor and assess system(s) and solution(s) effectiveness over time, with recommendations for enhancements and modifications, as needed.
Lead overall support operations for the college's software systems including applications, integrations, and data transformation.
Perform business requirement analyses with functional user groups and map these requirements to appropriate existing and/or new software solutions for implementation.
Direct the planning, development, and maintenance of the college's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications and other software systems in support of the college’s strategic plan.
Assure eLearning resources are available through self-service online avenues as well as training opportunities.
Verify the execution of tasks/ deliverables associated with LMS administration and other learning technology.
Plan, design and implement short and long-term strategies and plans for assigned areas in support of institutional and department goals and strategic initiatives.
Develop, implement, and maintain new software solutions to meet operational needs of the college.
Oversee vendor relationships as it relates to maintenance, enhancements, and implementation of upgraded or new administrative software systems.
Formulate and recommend annual budget requests and assume responsibility for operating within the approved budget. Manage associated budget(s) including tracking expenditures, approving routine purchase requests, and developing annual budget plans.

Knowledge of software architecture, design, development, implementation, integration, and testing
Knowledge and experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solutions.

Physical Demands, Working Conditions and Physical Effort
Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly having to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for the Sedentary Work category and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated Light Work. Positions in this class typically require talking, hearing, seeing, grasping, standing, walking and repetitive motions. Relatively free from unpleasant environmental conditions or hazards. Office environment. Occasional physical effort required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with a major in computer science, software development, information technology or related field from an accredited institution
Seven (7) years in senior IT management with experience supervising programming, application administration, database administration, or project management functions for administrative software systems
Preferred
Ten (10) years of experience
Master's degree in a computer discipline from an accredited institution
Experience with Workday, Salesforce, and its related systems
