Nous recherchons un(e) Directeur(trice) du Location expérimenté(e) pour diriger la stratégie et l’exécution des activités de location pour un portefeuille national. Ce rôle s’adresse à un(e) professionnel(le) proactif(ve) de l’immobilier commercial, doté(e) de solides compétences en négociation, d’une excellente connaissance du marché et de la capacité à soutenir les agents partout au pays afin d’atteindre des résultats performants.
À propos du rôle
Le(la) Directeur(trice) de la Location gérera et négociera des transactions complexes de location commerciale dans les secteurs du bureau, de l’industrie et du détail. Vous agirez comme conseiller(ère) stratégique auprès des équipes régionales, veillerez au respect des directives du client, soutiendrez les rapports nationaux et contribuerez à la vision globale de location. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le(la) VP principale Location, la Gestion d’Actifs, la Gestion Immobilière et les courtiers externes.
Responsabilités principales
Diriger et soutenir les transactions de location du début à la fin, en assurant la précision, la conformité et l’alignement avec les objectifs du client.
Conseiller et orienter les courtiers à l’échelle nationale sur les processus, les négociations, les structures d’offre et les politiques.
Développer et mettre en œuvre les stratégies de location pour les actifs assignés; identifier et analyser de nouvelles opportunités.
Examiner et recommander les propositions, ainsi que négocier les offres et les baux avec les équipes internes et juridiques.
Superviser les vérifications de crédit, les dérogations et amendements, la documentation MLS et les modèles de rapports.
Maintenir des systèmes de suivi et produire les rapports requis (OTR, rapports mensuels, budgets annuels).
Surveiller les tendances du marché, les taux d’occupation et l’activité concurrentielle au Canada.
Fournir des analyses de faisabilité pour les nouveaux et les actuels sites; soutenir les plans marketing.
Jouer un rôle de leadership au sein de l’équipe de location et renforcer les relations avec les locataires et les courtiers.
Participer aux appels nationaux, aux mises à jour clients et projets spéciaux.
Profil recherché
Minimum de 7 ans d’expérience en transactions immobilières commerciales (détail requis; bureau/industriel un atout).
Licence immobilière valide au Québec (obligatoire).
Excellentes compétences en négociation, en communication et en gestion des relations.
Compréhension approfondie des processus de location, de la documentation et de l’analyse financière (flux de trésorerie, NER, valeur actualisée).
Maîtrise de Word, Excel, PowerPoint; expérience Yardi, un atout.
Grande rigueur, sens de l’analyse et excellentes capacités organisationnelles.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, avec une mentalité de propriétaire.
Solide réseau professionnel et connaissance des détaillants nationaux.
Doit maîtriser couramment l’anglais et le français
Un permis de conduire valide et l’accès à un véhicule fiable

We’re seeking a seasoned Director of Leasing to lead leasing strategy and execution for a national client portfolio. This role is ideal for a proactive real estate professional with strong negotiation skills, deep market knowledge, and the ability to guide agents across Canada toward successful leasing outcomes.
About the Role
As the Director of Leasing, you will manage and negotiate complex commercial leasing transactions for an industrial-dominant portfolio. You will serve as a strategic advisor to regional agents, ensure compliance with client guidelines, support national reporting, and help drive the overall leasing vision. This role partners closely with the Senior VP, Leasing, Asset Management, Property Management, and external brokers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support leasing transactions from initiation to execution, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client objectives.
Advise and guide brokers nationally on process, negotiations, deal structure, and policy.
Develop and execute leasing strategies for assigned assets; identify and evaluate new opportunities.
Review and recommend proposals, negotiate offers and leases, and collaborate with legal and internal teams.
Oversee credit checks, waivers/amendments, MLS documentation, and leasing templates.
Maintain accurate tracking and reporting (OTR, monthly leasing reports, activity summaries, annual budgets).
Monitor market trends, occupancy levels, and competitive activity across Canadian markets.
Provide input on feasibility for new and existing sites and support marketing plans and leasing strategies.
Contribute to the leadership of the leasing team and foster strong tenant and broker relationships.
Participate in national calls, client updates, and special portfolio-level projects.
What You Bring
7+ years of commercial real estate transaction experience, predominantly with an industrial portfolio (office and retail experience is an asset)
Valid Quebec Real Estate License (required).
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
Deep understanding of leasing processes, documentation, and financial analysis (cash flow, NER, present value).
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Yardi experience is an asset.
High attention to detail, strong analytical ability, and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with an owner’s mindset.
Strong industry network and familiarity with diverse asset classes
A valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle
Must be fluent in both English and French
