About the team

An exciting opportunity has come up to help build the future of Online Meals at Coles Group.  Expanding QuiteLike, our online subscription business, and supporting the broader team to build further capability in Coles Online.

Speaking of excitement, we’re bringing excitement back to dinner.  It went away for a while there, with all the stress and shopping lists and trips to the store, but we’ve decided our customers (and dinner) deserve better.

If you’re passionate about food, tech, and creating experiences that delight customers, this is your chance to help shape the future of online convenience meals. Join us and be part of something exciting - because dinner just got its spark back.

About the role

Love the challenge of making complex supply chains run like clockwork? As our Supply Chain Lead, you’ll be the mastermind behind getting every ingredient, every package, and every ready-to-heat meal where it needs to be, on time, in full, and at the right cost. From sourcing and procurement to supply planning, systems, and logistics, you’ll own the end-to-end supply chain for QuiteLike meal kits and ready-to-heat products.

This role reports to the Head of QuiteLike and is based in Melbourne, across both Dandenong South and Hawthorn East. You’ll work closely with culinary, operations, commercial, and technology teams, as well as suppliers and 3PL partners, to keep things moving seamlessly. Every day will bring new challenges - menu changes, demand spikes, and opportunities to innovate.  So if you thrive on variety and impact, this is your chance to make a real difference.

About you and your skills

You’re a supply chain leader who loves solving puzzles and making things happen. You know how to balance cost, quality, and service while building strong relationships with suppliers and partners. You’re hands-on when needed, but strategic in your thinking—always looking for ways to improve processes and deliver value.

You’ll also bring:

  • Proven leadership in supply chain roles within FMCG, retail, or food, covering procurement, planning, logistics, and systems.
  • Experience managing complex supply planning - ideally in meal kits or similar environments with frequent menu changes and high SKU churn.
  • Strong ERP and analytics skills (Microsoft Business Central preferred), plus confidence with forecasting and planning tools.
  • Expertise in supplier management, negotiation, and driving COGS improvements.
  • Knowledge of food safety and compliance requirements.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to lead and develop a small team.

If you’re ready to take ownership of a dynamic supply chain and help shape the future of online meals, we’d love to hear from you.
