Ready to take the reins on one of the most exciting growth opportunities in online food? As our Marketing & Commercial Lead, you’ll own the strategy and execution that powers QuiteLike meal kits and ready-to-heat products, plus supporting the Coles Commercial team with how we grow our Coles Online convenience meal propositions. From brand and performance marketing to pricing, trading, loyalty, and digital product experience, you’ll make sure every customer interaction drives growth and delivers value.
This role reports to the Head of QuiteLike and is based in Melbourne. You’ll work across marketing, product, culinary, supply chain, and customer teams, as well as external partners like Meta, Google, and creative agencies. Every day is about unlocking synergies, optimising spend, and creating experiences that keep customers coming back for more.
You’re a commercial leader who thrives on driving growth and shaping strategy. You know how to balance creativity with data, and you’re as comfortable negotiating with platform partners as you are leading cross-functional squads. You’re passionate about customer experience and have a proven track record in eCommerce or subscription businesses.
You’ll also bring:
10+ years’ experience in commercial leadership roles, including P&L ownership.
Expertise in performance and brand marketing, with a focus on CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
Proven success in digital product and CX roadmaps that improve conversion and retention.
Hands-on experience with pricing, promotions, and trading strategy.
Strong skills in loyalty, referral, and CRM lifecycle programs.
Advanced budget management and forecasting capabilities.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
