Cohesity has a broad portfolio of cloud products including Data Management as a Service launched in 2020. The products have web-scale architecture and have the capability to dynamically adapt to varying workloads. They run in the data center and on multiple public clouds to address the data management needs of the customer wherever the customer’s data might be. We are looking for an engineering leader for this core team, who would be solving some of the most exciting problems that will empower and challenge them.We seek to hire a Manager to lead our DataPath Engineering team. We are building massively distributed systems at web-scale. Would be leading teams that work on a wide range of exciting and difficult problems and crafting and building massively parallel and distributed systems and architecture.Expert and innovative leaders who are up for the challenge of leading, innovating, mentoring, and working towards outcomes. HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

• As an engineering leader, you will encourage, lead, and develop a team of outstanding software engineers across geo’s that are redefining how enterprise customers manage their data.

• This role requires an energetic, creative, and driven individual with excellent communication, organization, and technical skills to partner with various organizations.

• Contribute to our data platform, which serves as a foundational platform for various on-prem and aaS products at Cohesity.

• Responsible for the product end to end from working on product requirements with internal teams, to build, test and deploy for on-prem as well as cloud, BaaS/DMaaS support.

• Mentor, lead and grow leaders in the team.

• Work closely with various stakeholders within Cohesity like product management, program management, sales, QA, and support teams to deliver high-quality products and drive the product vision and roadmap.

WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

• BS/MS/Ph.D. in Computer Sciencee

• 12+ years Experience in agile/scrum methodologies and knowledge of Storage domain or filesystem experience is a plus.

• Understand market dynamics to drive product direction and execution for the team.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
