<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Partner with leaders to solve people challenges and support business growth;</li>
<li>Be the advisor for managers on engagement, retention, and team development;</li>
<li>Drive company culture, employee engagement initiatives, social projects, and internal events;</li>
<li>Participate in employer branding activities, branded merchandise, events and internal communications. Mentor and support an Employee Brand Specialist;</li>
<li>Lead the full employee lifecycle from onboarding and one-to-ones to retention initiatives and exit interviews;</li>
<li>Proactively identify employee risks and turn insights into action;</li>
<li>Manage and improve employee benefits, keeping them competitive and relevant;</li>
<li>Take care of HR operations, including insurance, English courses, vacations, sick leave, and loyalty programs;</li>
<li>Ensure policies and guidelines are clear, practical, and employee-friendly;</li>
<li>Work with HR analytics, budgets, and reports;</li>
<li>Join global HR projects and bring best practices back to the team;</li>
</ul>
<h2>What We're Looking For:</h2>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of HRBP / HR Manager experience in an IT company;</li>
<li>Leadership or mentorship experience is an advantage;</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of modern HR practices and trends; interest in AI and its practical application in HR;</li>
<li>Strong understanding of IT environments and people-related challenges;</li>
<li>Expertise across HR disciplines, including employee lifecycle management, engagement, retention, analytics (surveys, heatmaps), benefits, leadership development, and succession planning;</li>
<li>Ability to align HR strategy with the current business and environmental situation;</li>
<li>Ability to act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders;</li>
<li>Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and decision-making skills;</li>
<li>Ability to balance operational execution with strategic initiatives;</li>
<li>Upper-Intermediate English level;</li>
</ul>
