Job Responsibilities ：

• Manage products through NPI process, complete Phase Exit gates, and deliver qualified products meeting NPI deliverables to the Operations team.
• Primary responsibility to develop and manage the project schedule, communicate status, highlight gaps to plan.
• Primary team interface working with design team, internal support groups, operations team, and marketing.
• Set, manage, and communicate expectations to the project team, management, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project resource constraints, dependencies, and critical paths to accomplish the program goals; resolve issues.
• Manage material supply to ensure build configuration and schedule will support required NPI deliverables.
• Regular communication with off-shore manufacturing and supply chain team members.
• Light travel for development activities: global team coordination, product transfer, and problem resolution. 
   

Qualifications And Experience ：

• Education: Better to own MS in an engineering or science discipline
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with optical transceivers or components desirable.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or Product Lifecycle Management processes.
• Experience successfully managing cross-functional teams, interacting with a broad range of functions, skills, cultures, and personalities
• Highly self-motivated with a strong multi-disciplinary background is essential
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and risk management skills
• Previous experience as an engineer or Operations a strong advantage
