Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Test maintenance and Engineering Management. 
• Manage the maintenance area. 
• Execute  Tester build plan. 
• Responsible to support Product Engineering for yield and process improvement of the specific technical area.
• Improve the efficiency of test area. 
• Drive technical project tasks to completion in accordance with the project schedule. 
• Support test yield and testability enhancement project for all products. 
• Authorized to stop any tester if the tester facing quality or safety issue. 
• Responsible to improve the efficiency of test area. 

Education & Experience

• Bachelor/Master/PhD of Science/Engineering
• Minimum 10 years managerial experience in mass production environment. Preferably in Product/Test Engineering
• With good computer literacy and good communication skill.
• Planning, knowledge on tester or others related
• Must have a good sense of engineering tradeoffs and an ability to understand the impact of software changes on maintainability.
