Primary Duties & Responsibilities

- Hiring, reviewing, promoting, counselling and/or terminating personnel is conducted in a fair and equitable manner
- Responsible for maintaining proper housekeeping standards and ensuring a clean, safe, orderly environment
- Report on time status equipment and plant budget for replacement if machine too old
- Prepare and submit capital to buy or upgrade machine
- Role model for Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction and Business Results
- Department budget is managed according to plan fiscal year
- Set up and manage KPI objectives are achieved within budget and goals
- Department processes are reviewed/audited for continuous improvement and cycle time reduction opportunities using Process Value Chain method
- Department processes are maintained as ISO9001, ISO13845,and ITAR compliant
- All department records, reports and metrics are accurate and generated on time
- Relevant Company Technology Control Plan, Export Compliance requirements, IP, IT, SOX and Quality procedures are understood and executed
- A high standard of ethics, professionalism, leadership, competency, and quality is set
- To lead the maintenance team in ensuring smooth and efficient day to day operation of all matters in related to maintenance machine
- Responsible for operation of maintenance department, which provides preventive and corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance production equipment
- Perform all aspects of maintenance activities /task on software so as to minimize down time.
- Spare parts inventory established without overstocking
- A strong preventive maintenance program is established, maintained and recorded.
- Analyze and improve process flows within a manufacturing environment.
- Co-ordinate engineering project relating to installation, relocation new equipment and other operation functions.
- Taking over all equipment installations and services from main contractor; liaising with contractor
- Contractors is not paid for service until work is completed satisfactorily
- System service by the contractor is carried out according to manufacturer’s manual /requirements
- Responsible for all sup contractors' equipment work safety
- Work procedures/instructions are established for the contractor to service the system, update & maintain all records for each equipment
- All measuring instruments are calibrated annually or as per manufacturer’s manual
- Periodic maintenance must be scheduled such that there is no lost time to production floor

- Internal and external noise level are monitored and compliance equipment to the regulation.
- Manage and control all task relevant safety in maintenance team
- Safety procedures for equipment are established and maintain (Loto /task out )
- Ensure adequate protection on site personnel and property & security services standard are continuously maintained
- Develop, implement and maintain inspection procedures and programs. Plant equipment is secure during work hours for the safety of employees
- During shutdown hours facility, equipment is checked and deficiencies reported immediately to the manager
- General work areas are kept clean at all times
- A clean work environment is maintained in the total equipment
- Support special projects as required
- Provide tech support for engineer team for new equipment design or upgrade equipment
Education & Experience
- Typically, 8+ years of maintenance and management or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Typically requires 3+ years managerial/leadership experience in clean room environment and technology.
- Bachelor’s Degree in: Electrical | Electrical & Electronics | Automation | Mechatronics Engineering or another related engineering discipline.

- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills and the ability to comprehend and communicate at multiple levels within and outside the organization
- Skilled at developing relationships and mentoring
- Experience SCADA or BMS system
- Strong analyses tool as problem solving, risk assessment, Lean six sigma, fishbone, MTTBF, MTTR, OEE, AutoCAD, TPM
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
- Set a high standard of ethics, professionalism, leadership and competence
Working Conditions
- Exposure to a variety of compounds, solvents and chemicals. Works in standard office/manufacturing environment.
