a. Support development of machining strategies (green and finish) and tooling for project Cobalt
i. Part design
ii. Machining tooling design
iii. Machining tool path generation
iv. On-machine quality checks
v. Raster machining development for aspheric optics
vi. Hands-on machining
vii. Training machining engineers
viii. Creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs)
