About this role
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for analysis of accounts and perform adjusting journal entries as needed.
- Filing and payment of month, quarter and annual BIR tax returns.
- Application and maintenance of registrations with PEZA and BIR.
- Reporting compliance with BIR, PEZA, BSP and PSA.
Education & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or its equivalents,
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing environment as General Ledger accountant and with extensive experience BIR and PEZA compliance.
Skills
- Strong Analytical abilities
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP
- BIR and PEZA regulation knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills
- Work effectively with other groups or departments
