About this role
●Inspection of equipment in the factory area.Maintenance.such as air conditioning fresh air unit, workshop exhaust fan, FCU, FFU, PVCW, UPS maintenance etc.
●Other maintenance of the clean room.Maintenance. Ensure the water, electricity and gas demands, the ESD requirements, the ESD testing of workbenches, shelves, chairs and floors, etc.
●Monitoring of the cleanroom environment: Regular tests are conducted on particles, temperature and humidity, illuminance, noise, and pressure difference and TRH; Deal with any abnormal conditions or problems in a timely manner.Analyze the detected data to provide parameter support for the engineering and quality departments
●Management of production gases (liquid nitrogen, He, O2, N2, H2, Ar): Order and manage the gas, management of gas pipeline filters, monitoring of specifications such as gas particles, and gas replacement
●Construction and improvement projects follow
Qualification & Requirements
●Majoring in electronics, mechanics, or mechanics, with a college degree or above;
●Hold a valid electrician certificate. Those holding a fire facility operator certificate are preferred.
●Computer operation skills
●Be able to read and understand English documents
●More than 3 years of factory management experience in semiconductor and electronic manufacturing plants;
●Possess strong hands-on skills and fault analysis capabilities, with a solid foundation in the maintenance of electrical facilities;
●Guarantee of water, electricity, gas and facility operation in the factory area;
●Be familiar with the maintenance of equipment, facilities and systems in the clean room, such as MAU, FFU, FCU, PCW, UPS, etc
●Measure the environmental parameters of the workshop on time to ensure they meet the requirements of the production process.
