Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for tooling & automation equipment setup, trouble shooting & ensure optimal performance. 
• Performed mechanical & tooling verification, form fit & function check. 
• Assist engineer to carried out tooling and automation equipment task. 
• Responsible for tooling modification, parts maintenance & workshop function. 
• Responsible for equipment setup, trouble shoot, process improvement of the specific technical area. 
• Assist engineers & performing any duties as directed by the immediate supervisor from time to time. 
• Derive Continual Improvement. Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task. 
• Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc.

Job Requirements 

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience. Good knowledge of basic electromechanical, equipment setup & form fit function check. 
• Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature, availability of buddy, duration of learning, etc. 
• With good computer literacy and good communication skill. Some workshop mechining skill is an advantage. 
• Additional knowledge of jigs & fixture trouble shooting, electrical wiring and machining is an advantage.
