Key Responsibilities:

• Process Analysis & Optimization
  • Analyze current supply chain procurement, receiving, warehouse and manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Help design and implement scalable process enhancements using data-driven insights and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Planning, Manufacturing Procurement, Materials Management) to align process improvements with business goals.
• Systems & Data Management
  • Serve as a key liaison between business users and IT for supply chain systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, Oracle ASCP, Reporting).
  • Support system configuration, testing, and deployment for new features or enhancements.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across supply chain execution and procurement systems.
• Project Management
  • Lead or support supply chain-related projects, including system upgrades, process redesigns, and automation initiatives.
  • Document business requirements, process flows, and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in a business process or systems analyst role within supply chain or operations.

Preferred Experience:

• Strong understanding of Manufacturing, Procurement and Materials Management processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).
• Proficiency in Excel and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., RPA, workflow engines).
