Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Thực hiện công việc chính xác, có tính lặp lại trong quy trình sản xuất qui mô lớn 
•  Đảm bảo thực hiện đúng tiêu chuẩn theo như yêu cầu trong IQC inspection checklist
• Ghi chép chính xác công việc thực hiện và cập nhật số liệu chính xác
• Giao hàng vào kho đúng số lượng
• Đạt mục tiêu chất lượng và sản lượng do cấp trên đề ra
• Kết quả công việc phải tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng. Đảm bảo ít nhất 80% lỗi không bị bỏ sót
• Đạt và duy trì chứng chỉ PQS cho hơn 3 kỹ năng kiểm tra (Skillset)
• Đạt được mục tiêu của phòng ban 80%
• Tuân thủ chặt chẽ các hướng dẫn và quy trình.
• Duy trì các yêu cầu về Môi trường làm việc Chất lượng ở khu vực được giao và các khu vực khác.
• Tham gia đầy đủ các khóa đào tạo theo yêu cầu.
• Tìm hiểu, hiểu và thực hiện tất cả các quy định về an toàn và môi trường có liên quan.
• Tìm hiểu, hiểu rõ và thực hiện mọi chính sách dành cho nhân viên của công ty.
• Sử dụng và bảo quản thiết bị an toàn, ngăn nắp, báo cáo ngay cho người quản lý trực tiếp nếu thiết bị hư hỏng hoặc mất, hoặc quá hạn hiệu chuẩn
• Thực hiện các yêu cầu và nhiệm vụ khác do cấp quản lý giao theo đúng tiến độ công việc yêu cầu.

Education & Experience

• Trình độ Trung học cơ sở (6/12) cho đến tốt nghiệp Trung học phổ thông (12/12).
• Kỹ năng đọc tài liệu và các kỹ năng về toán (cộng, trừ, nhân, chia)
• Có thể sử dụng ứng dụng tin học văn phòng cơ bản.
• Có ít nhất 1 năm làm việc trong môi trường sản xuất qui mô lớn
• Với trình độ Trung học cơ sở cho đến Trung học phổ thông: 4+ năm kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan
• Với trình độ tốt nghiệp Trung học phổ thông (12/12): 2+ năm kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan. Ưu tiên ứng viên tốt nghiệp Trung học phổ thông
• Kinh nghiệm làm việc với các dụng cụ cầm tay, kính hiển vi, Micromet,…
• Ưu tiên người có kinh nghiệm kiểm tra ngoại quan sản phẩm
