About this role

<p><strong>Opportunity Overview</strong></p> <p>We’re seeking a Senior Commercial Strategy &amp; Operations Analyst to serve as the business owner for a key new product. Reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial Strategy &amp; Operations, you will drive the product throughout its end-to-end lifecycle and be responsible for strategy and execution.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct market research to understand customer problems, opportunity sizing, competitive landscape, and differentiation opportunities.</li> <li>Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategy, contributing to customer and revenue growth initiatives.</li> <li>Support solution operations, helping ensure successful client delivery and value realization.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2-4 years of experience in management consulting (or equivalent) role, with exposure to healthcare and technology clients.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to contribute to both strategic planning and tactical execution.</li> <li>Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Strong analytical toolkit.</li> <li>Entrepreneurial by nature, demonstrating curiosity, creativity, and bias for action.</li> <li>Comfortable in ambiguity, demonstrating ownership, independence, and grit in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree (MBA or STEM background) preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Pay &amp; Perks</strong></p> <p>💻 Fully remote opportunity with about <strong>15% travel</strong><strong><br></strong> 🩺 Medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and Employee Assistance Program<br>📈 401K retirement plan with company match; flexible spending and health savings account<br>🏝️ Up to 184 hours (23 days) of PTO per year + company holidays<br>👶 Up to 14 weeks of paid parental leave<br>🐶 Pet insurance</p> <p>The salary range for this position is <strong>$110,000 to $125,000 annually</strong>, as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k, and bonus.</p> <p>In accordance with applicable state laws, Cohere is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
