The ideal candidate will work with large datasets to uncover opportunities for product and process optimization. In our fast-paced environment, adaptability is key—your ability to pivot quickly and respond to business priorities will ensure you make the greatest possible impact.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop a deep understanding of business challenges and translate them into effective analytical solutions.</li> <li>Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic initiatives.</li> <li>Design, build, and maintain data models and reporting systems, leveraging both classical and modern machine learning and deep learning algorithms to enable robust analysis and informed decision-making.</li> <li>Evaluate and report on model performance and business impact, ensuring insights are clear, actionable, and effectively communicated.</li> <li>Proactively identify opportunities for product and process improvements using advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.</li> <li>Ensure accuracy and reliability of data-driven solutions through rigorous testing, validation, and continuous optimization.</li> <li>Stay ahead of industry trends by keeping up with emerging technologies and best practices in AI, machine learning, and healthcare analytics.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years of hands-on experience in Python with strong proficiency in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, and regular expressions. Advanced SQL querying and optimization for large datasets.</li> <li>Practical experience in training, tuning, and testing ML algorithms (e.g., SVM, CART, Bagging, Boosting) and text mining techniques; familiarity with modern ML/DL approaches.</li> <li>Experience with prompt engineering and leveraging GenAI for classification, data enrichment, semantic embeddings, and innovative AI-driven solutions.</li> <li>Ability to integrate multiple data sources into streamlined, scalable pipelines and work with unstructured data (text, images) to transform it into clean, structured formats.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and experience creating custom Python packages for serverless applications.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, EC2, EMR, S3, Athena, Batch, Textract, and Comprehend.</li> <li>Solid understanding of probability, statistics, and ability to uncover patterns and insights from complex datasets.</li> <li>Experiment and rapidly prototype design frameworks, validate hypotheses efficiently, and iterate on AI/ML models to support fast-paced development.</li> <li>Evaluate and optimize models by building robust evaluation frameworks and applying custom metrics to ensure high performance and reliability.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Good to Have</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with healthcare payment integrity, claims processing, and compliance frameworks.</li> <li>Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL database design principles for scalable data storage and retrieval.</li> <li>Experience in&nbsp; orchestration, and packaging ML models for production environments.</li> <li>Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for ML, model versioning, and monitoring in production.</li> <li>Experience with cutting-edge techniques such as reinforcement learning, graph neural networks, or federated learning.</li> <li>Exposure to tools like Quicksight, Power BI, or similar for communicating insights effectively.</li> <li>Ability to guide and mentor junior associates, fostering best practices in coding, analytics, and model development.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ability to commute/relocate:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Nacharam, Hyderabad, Telangana*: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Interview Process*:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Connect with the Hiring Manager for a Preliminary Phone Screening</li> <li>Behavioral Interview(s)</li> <li>Case Study</li> <li>Interview with Senior Leadership</li> </ol> <p>*Subject to change</p> <p><strong>About ZignaAI, a Cohere Health Company:</strong></p> <p>Cohere Health’s clinical intelligence platform delivers AI-powered solutions that streamline access to quality care by improving payer-provider collaboration, cost containment, and healthcare economics.
