Job Title - Tech PM with reatils

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tech PM with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in  PM Cloud SQL Cloud Storage and BigQuery along with a strong background in Business Performance Management. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and efficiency in our cloud-based solutions contributing to the companys growth and societal impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable cloud-based solutions using Cloud SQL Cloud Storage and BigQuery to enhance business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to ensure high performance and reliability of cloud solutions.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct regular performance assessments of cloud solutions to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in cloud architecture and data management.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align cloud strategies with business objectives and drive innovation.
• Lead efforts to integrate new technologies and tools into existing cloud infrastructure to enhance capabilities.
• Monitor and manage cloud resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal utilization.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members to promote a cohesive and productive work environment.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
• Support the development of business cases and proposals for new cloud initiatives to drive strategic growth.

 Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $120-147Kdepending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
