Job Summary

The Sr. Developer role involves designing developing and maintaining data integration solutions using PL/SQL TALEND ETL and other technologies. The candidate will work on data warehousing projects ensuring efficient data flow and integration. This position requires expertise in ETL processes and a strong understanding of payer domain concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data integration solutions using PL/SQL and TALEND ETL to ensure seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement ETL processes to extract transform and load data efficiently ensuring data integrity and quality.
• Utilize SQL for querying and managing data within data warehousing environments.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data integration processes and solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and ETL processes.
• Optimize data integration workflows to improve performance and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data warehousing and integration.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and team members.
• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and improve codebase.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver solutions that meet those requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data warehousing and integration.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data integration processes and methodologies.

Qualification:

• Possess strong expertise in PL/SQL TALEND ETL and SQL for data integration tasks.
• Have a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Demonstrate experience in the payer domain understanding its specific requirements and challenges.
• Exhibit proficiency in data integration and management ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Show capability in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Display ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $68,000- $123,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
