Position Summary:

We are seeking a Consulting Manager. Role requires a seasoned professional with 8 to 12 years of experience in SAP IS Utilities. The candidate work will focus on SAP IS Utilities Testing, AMI, Billing & Invoicing, ABAP EMIGALL, ABAP BPEM, and Manual Testing. This role is crucial for optimizing utility processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and testing of SAP ISUtilities modules to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Oversee the AMI processes to enhance data accuracy and improve utility management.
• Provide expertise in SAP ISUtilities Billing & Invoicing to streamline financial operations and ensure timely billing.
• Utilize SAP ISUtilities ABAP EMIGALL for efficient data migration and system upgrades.
• Implement SAP ISUtilities ABAP BPEM to manage business process exceptions effectively.
• Conduct manual testing of SAP ISUtilities applications to ensure high-quality performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP ISUtilities solutions with business objectives.
• Analyze utility processes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for SAP ISUtilities applications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SAP ISUtilities implementations.
• Provide training and support to team members on SAP ISUtilities functionalities.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.
• Drive innovation in utility management through advanced SAP ISUtilities solutions. Qualifications
•  Possess extensive experience in SAP ISUtilities Testing and AMI processes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SAP ISUtilities Billing & Invoicing for efficient financial management.
• Have strong skills in SAP ISUtilities ABAP EMIGALL and BPEM for effective data handling.
• Exhibit expertise in manual testing of SAP ISUtilities applications.
• Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Display strong analytical skills to identify and resolve utility process challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the Energy & Utilities sector.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience delivering or supporting training programs for technical users.

*Travel: willingness to travel extensively as client needs require.

Required Education & Work Authorization: 

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s strongly preferred.

Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary & Compensation:

Salary: Applications will be accepted until February 13^th, 2026. The annual salary for this position is between $81,450.00 – $129,500.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Incentives: Eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, subject to applicable plan terms.
