As a Production Support Lead – Salesforce you will make an impact as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce domain-related queries and issues. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Production Support Lead to manage Level 2 and Level 3 support for multiple Salesforce instances. This role ensures timely resolution of production support tickets in adherence to SLAs and involves close collaboration with stakeholders to maintain system stability and performance.
Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position, it will require you to be onsite as well as on call on the weekends. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

The annual salary for this position is between $80,100 – $127,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
