Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst with Salesforce – Senior Salesforce QA professional responsible for leading end‑to‑end testing, data validation, and quality assurance across Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and custom Lightning applications. This role involves test planning, automation, API testing, CPQ validation, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure high‑quality Salesforce implementations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, strategies, and test cases for Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Advendio, and custom Lightning components.
• Validate Apex classes, triggers, flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce implementations.
• Lead QA efforts for Salesforce CPQ including product configuration, pricing rules, discounting, and quote validation.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, TestNG, Maven, Cucumber, Jenkins, Git, and Rest Assured.
• Conduct API testing using Postman and validate CPQ–ERP integrations.
• Use SOQL, SOSL, Workbench, and Developer Console for backend data validation.
• Perform data migration using Data Loader and Import Wizard.
• Support deployments using Change Sets, VS Code, Jenkins, and Git.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies, UAT sessions, and collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage support tickets, and ensure consistent resolution.

Required Skill Set

• Strong experience in Salesforce QA, functional testing, and automation.
• Hands-on expertise with Selenium, Java, TestNG, Maven, Cucumber, Jenkins, and Git.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ testing and configuration validation.
• Solid understanding of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with REST API testing (Postman, Rest Assured).
• Strong Salesforce data handling skills: SOQL, SOSL, Workbench, Data Loader.
• Knowledge of Apex, Process Builder, Flows, LWC basics.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

The annual salary for this position is between $72,900  – $ 115,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
