Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CyberArk Data Engineer with strong expertise in identity security, CyberArk platform engineering, and data-driven analytics. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the NERC CIP compliance framework, experience supporting audit activities, and the ability to build intuitive dashboards using Power BI. This role will focus on CyberArk implementation, configuration, platform engineering, account onboarding, and delivering insights through analytics to support compliance and operational excellence.

In this role, you will:

·       Basic understanding of the NERC CIP compliance framework, especially concepts related to identity and privileged access.

·       Familiarity with NERC CIP audit activities, including documentation and evidence collection.

·       Exposure to CyberArk platform components (PVWA, CPM, PSM, Vault) and willingness to learn deeper configuration.

·       Ability to assist with privileged account onboarding, safe creation, and platform setup.

·       Support CyberArk operations, including routine maintenance, patching, and troubleshooting under guidance.

·       Working knowledge of Power BI to help create dashboards, reports, and compliance visuals.

·       Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs) or ability to learn automation tasks.

·       Collaborate with senior engineers and compliance teams to ensure CyberArk meets NERC CIP requirements.

·       Strong documentation, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn compliance-driven engineering.

·       Ability to work in a structured environment with attention to detail and a strong interest in cybersecurity.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $[72,000 - 87,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
