What You’ll Do

• Welcome with warmth: Greet guests and make them feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Serve & delight: Upsell and deliver food and drinks with confidence and charm.
• Barista brilliance: Craft perfect coffees on our professional machine.
• Bar magic: Pour pints, mix whisky & gin serves, and keep the bar buzzing.
• Food service: Assist in the kitchen and run plates with style.
• Event vibes: Help host and run guest events that make memories.
• Guest care: Resolve queries and comments with a smile, in person or via calls, emails, and reviews.
• Sales savvy: Promote tours and experiences to make every stay unforgettable.
• Payments & admin: Process card transactions and keep reports accurate (lost property, log tasks
• Caring for the building
  • Adhering to all Health and Safety policies for our team and our guests
  • Ensuring doors are locked
  • Reporting maintenance required
  • Reporting lost & found
  • Ensuring the common areas remain clean and tidy for our guests
  • Feeding back any guest comments.

What We’re Looking For

• A love for hospitality and creating great guest experiences.
• Confidence behind the bar and coffee machine (training provided if needed).
• Energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
