We know what it takes to be successful.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for a <strong>Recruiter</strong> who’s excited about sourcing top talent and playing a key role in growing our technical and non-technical teams. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about talent acquisition and wants to deepen their skills in sourcing, coordination, and candidate engagement.</p> <p>You'll be the engine behind our talent pipeline—focused heavily on identifying and connecting with top candidates. You'll also assist with initial phone screens, interview coordination, and ensuring a great candidate experience throughout the process.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, Data Analysts, and more.</li> <li>Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, etc.).</li> <li>Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and interest.</li> <li>Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and internal teams.</li> <li>Partner with Technical Recruiters to understand hiring needs, role nuances, and ideal candidate profiles.</li> <li>Research market trends, talent pools, and competitive companies to inform sourcing strategy.</li> <li>Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database in our ATS.</li> <li>Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of talent sourcing.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Need to Be Successful</strong></p> <ul> <li>2-5 years of experience in a sourcing or recruiter role (agency or in-house), ideally in a tech or digital consultancy environment.</li> <li>Strong understanding of technical roles and terminologies (you don’t need to code, but you know your front-end from your back-end).</li> <li>Proven success in identifying and engaging passive candidates.</li> <li>Experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.</li> <li>Strong communication skills - you know how to craft great outreach and hold candidate conversations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience sourcing for startups, digital consultancies, or product teams.</li> <li>Familiarity with ATS tools like Greenhouse or similar</li> </ul> <p><strong>Need another reason to hit the “apply” button?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Codal is a global agency with over 200 employees, and offices in the US, UK, and India&nbsp;</li> <li>We regularly host happy hours, dinners, excursions, and other company events to unwind after a hard day at work</li> <li>Office snacks and drinks + a fancy Bevi water machine with flavored water&nbsp;</li> <li>We offer Medical, Life, Dental/Vision, and many more insurance types&nbsp;</li> <li>Employer 401k match - 4%&nbsp;</li> <li>A recreational group that regularly competes in city leagues for softball and volleyball&nbsp;</li> <li>An office in the heart of downtown Chicago with a gym, food court, Walgreens, rooftop bar, outdoor sports court, and other amenities</li> <li>Working hybrid for in-person collaboration and sprint-planning days.
