Job Identification
We are looking for a Suplly planning specialist in Tashkent!
What we expect
- Collect and maintain technical, social, and economic data required for production planning
- Prepare input data for plant work plans; perform calculations and provide substantiations as instructed by the planning executive.
- Monitor and record progress of plan stages; process performance indicators; prepare analytical notes and reports for the supervisor.
- Forecast raw material and supply levels; calculate purchase requirements.
- Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) in SAP for raw materials and notify the purchasing department; perform Material Requirements Planning (MRP) in Excel.
- Prepare and submit reports within established deadlines.
- Update reference and regulatory information used in planning.
- Develop monthly production plans; create/modify materials in SAP and MRP promptly upon written request.
- Ensure compliance with food safety requirements; report any issues related to the Food Safety Management System (SMPB).
- Substitute for absent employees as assigned by the planning executive.Execute Stock Transfer Orders (STO) between company warehouses in SAP.
- Maintain communication with branch personnel responsible for planning and production; organize raw material shipments to branches.
Qualifications
- Higher education economic or technical;
- Work experience: at least 3 years in a similar position, or in the field of planning;
- Computer skills: Confident user of MS Office, SAP, Excel
- Language skills: English (upper intermediate) understanding of technical documentation

What you'll do
